以Zn(SCN)_4~(2-)作为形成离子对的配对离子,与水相中质子化的临床麻醉剂利多卡因、的卡因和普鲁卡因共存时,在适宜条件下,以1,2-二氯乙烷萃取,它们分别以离子对型式进入有机相,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定有机相中的Zn,可以定量测定微量麻醉剂的含量。本文确立了萃取和测定的最佳实验条件,并以此法成功地测定了人血清中三种麻醉剂的含量。证实了麻醉剂以离子对型式进入有机相。
