校园文化是学校理念文化、物质文化、行为文化、制度文化等的有机结合体,是一所学校的历史文化积淀,它内涵丰富,外延广泛。校园文化作为一种环境教育力量,对于加强学生思想政治教育、保证学生健康成长具有重要作用,同时对于学生的世界观、人生观、价值观的形成会产生潜移默化的影响。因此,校园文化是学校德育的主阵地。在新时期要加强学校德育工作,就需要营造良好的校园文化氛围,在丰富多彩的校园文化活动中提高德育工作的实效性。要加强校园文化建设,就需要充分发挥学校师生在校园文化建设中的主体作用,树立校园文化全员共建意识,尤其是教师要引导学生参与到校园文化、班级文化建设中,从我做起,从小事做起,使学生在潜移默化中受到教育、熏陶,提高素质。
