以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚醚(N-210)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和一缩二乙二醇(DEG)等为主要原料,合成了自乳化型WPU(水性聚氨酯)乳液;然后以氢氧化钙作为交联改性剂,通过Ca2+与-COOH之间形成的螯合交联,制成Ca2+改性WPU乳液。结果表明:当n(Ca2+)∶n(-COOH)=0.4∶1时,改性WPU乳液具有较好的储存稳定性和综合性能,其胶膜的热性能、耐水性、剥离强度(4.5 N/mm)、拉伸强度(14.5 MPa)和断裂伸长率(454.5%)等均相对较高。
Self-emulsifying WPU (water-based polyurethane) was synthesized with toluene diisocyanate (TDI), polyether (N-210), dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) and diethylene glycol (DEG) as the main raw materials. Then using Ca (OH) 2 as the crosslinking modifier, the Ca2 + modified WPU emulsion was prepared by the chelating crosslinking formed between Ca2 + and -COOH. The results show that the modified WPU emulsion has good storage stability and comprehensive properties when n (Ca2 +): n (-COOH) = 0.4:1. The thermal properties, water resistance, peel strength / mm), tensile strength (14.5 MPa) and elongation at break (454.5%) are relatively high.
