以靛红、水合肼、2-羟基-1-萘甲醛为原料,经缩合及还原反应合成出主体分子,3-[(2-羟基萘)亚甲基]亚肼基-2-吲哚酮(HNHI)。通过1HNMR、13CNMR和元素分析对其结构进行了表征。考察了不同金属离子及常见阴离子对主体分子HNHI紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱的影响。结果表明,只有Cu2+、Co2+和Ni2+对HNHI的紫外吸收光谱有影响,在长波区有新峰出现,溶液由无色变成粉色,其余离子无干扰;并且该3种金属离子对HNHI的荧光光谱也有影响,荧光明显增强。
The main molecule, 3 - [(2-hydroxynaphthalene) methylene] hydrazono-2-indolone was synthesized by the condensation and reduction reaction using isatin, hydrazine hydrate and 2- (HNHI). Its structure was characterized by 1HNMR, 13CNMR and elemental analysis. The effects of different metal ions and common anions on the UV-Vis absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra of the host molecule HNHI were investigated. The results showed that only the Cu2 +, Co2 + and Ni2 + affected the UV absorption spectrum of HNHI, and a new peak appeared in the long-wavelength region. The solution changed from colorless to pink and the other ions did not interfere. The fluorescence spectra of HNHI Also affected, the fluorescence was significantly enhanced.
