喇叭口材料:ZG230-450铸钢件与CCSB、CCSD钢材料进行焊接。由于两种金属材料存在横截面差距,在同素弃构转变温度过程中,原子晶格分布不同,微观合金组织较疏松。焊道层间与热影响区范围受到拘束力的限制,满足焊缝纵向、横向收缩的临界应力,施焊过程中控制难度较大,热裂纹与焊后延迟裂纹极易产生。根据这两种金属连接的焊接特性,制定了相应的焊接工艺,并对焊接规范参数进行适当的调整。控制了焊后热裂纹的产生与母材撕裂等焊接缺陷。焊缝经潜水器设备建造检验相关规范标准,无损探伤后,均符合设计技术要求。
Bell Material: ZG230-450 cast steel and CCSB, CCSD steel welding. Due to the cross-section difference between the two metal materials, the atomic lattice distribution is different during the process of isomorphous transformation, and the microstructure of alloy is more loose. The confinement of weld layer and heat affected zone is limited, and the critical stress of longitudinal and transverse shrinkage of weld seam is satisfied. It is difficult to control in welding process, and the hot crack and post-weld delayed crack are easy to produce. According to the welding characteristics of these two kinds of metal connections, the corresponding welding process is made and the welding specifications are properly adjusted. Control of welding after the hot cracking and base metal tear and other welding defects. Submarine welding through the construction of submersible equipment to test the relevant norms of standards, non-destructive testing, are in line with design and technical requirements.
