采用免疫组化方法,观察bcl-2(Bcellymphoma-2)基因产物在多形性腺瘤及其恶变组织中的表达与分布,以图像分析仪进行计数分析。结果显示肿瘤组织中以导管样上皮细胞、粘液样细胞以及软骨样细胞的阳性表达较高,而鳞状上皮团块中,bcl-2表达极低。各组阳性病例比例:对照组5例慢性诞腺炎为80%(4/5),15例多形性腺瘤为80%(13/15),7例多形性腺瘤恶性病变为86%(6/7)。图像分析仪计数阳性细胞显示慢性诞腺炎为5%,多形性腺瘤为42%,而恶性病变为57%,统计与分析表明良性及恶性多形性腺瘤与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05),而良性和恶性组间,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。
Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the expression and distribution of bcl-2 (Bcellymphoma-2) gene product in pleomorphic adenoma and its malignant tissues, and count analysis was performed by image analyzer. The results showed that the positive expression of ductal epithelial cells, mucoid-like cells, and cartilage-like cells was higher in tumor tissues, whereas the expression of bcl-2 was extremely low in squamous epithelial masses. The proportion of positive cases in each group: in the control group, 5 cases of chronic mucinitis were 80% (4/5), 15 cases of pleomorphic adenoma were 80% (13/15), and 7 cases of pleomorphic adenomas were 86% ( 6/7). The number of positive cells counted by the image analyzer was 5% for chronic methylene glands, 42% for pleomorphic adenomas, and 57% for malignant lesions. Statistics and analysis showed that there were significant differences between benign and malignant pleomorphic adenomas compared with the control group. (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between benign and malignant groups (P>0.05).
