新课程的实施对教师是一种转变,也是一种挑战。在传统教育观的影响下,师生关系是以传授知识为纽带建构起来的,连接师生关系的是师生的身份关系而非作为教师的人与作为学生的人之间的关系。新课程强调教学过程是师生交往、共同发展的互动过程,教师应尊重学生的人格,关注个体差异,满足不同需要,创设能引导学生主动参与的教育环境,激发学生的学习积极性,培养学生掌握和运用知识的态度和能力,使每个学生都能得到充分发展。教师应该树立正确的教育观念,正确看待学生,并加强自身的修养,真诚地对待学生,还要寻求专业发展,提高自己的教学水平,以达到构建新型师生关系的目的。
