运用扫描电镜和透射电镜观察16例(17侧)慢性鼻窦炎患者钩突组织的超微结构状态。结果发现,粘膜上皮细胞是3种主要改变;纤毛大多倒伏、断裂,排列混乱;细胞间隙明显增宽,可见鳞状上皮化生;胞浆内内质网及线粒体中度到重度扩张。提示:前筛区、中鼻道粘液传输功能受损,在慢性鼻窦炎的发生、发展上起着重要作用;受损的粘膜上皮细胞具有再生修复能力。这为临床治疗提供了参考依据。
The ultrastructural state of the uncinate process in 16 patients (17 sides) with chronic sinusitis was observed by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that mucosal epithelial cells were the three major changes; cilia mostly lodging, disruption, arranged in chaos; cell gap was significantly broaden, showing squamous metaplasia; endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria moderate to severe expansion. Tip: The front screen area, the nasal mucosal transport function impairment, plays an important role in the occurrence and development of chronic sinusitis; damaged mucosal epithelial cells with regeneration and repair capabilities. This provides a reference for clinical treatment.
