采用研制的新型鱼类保鲜剂与常用抗氧剂和防腐剂进行保鲜性能对比试验,以及在冷藏和冷冻条件下试验对鱼类的保鲜效果。结果表明:新型鱼类保鲜剂具有良好保鲜性能,鱼类经保鲜剂处理冷藏储存能延长保鲜期2倍以上,冷冻储存12个月仍能保持一级鲜度。
Using the developed new fish preservatives and commonly used antioxidants and preservatives fresh performance comparison test, as well as in the frozen and frozen conditions of the preservation of fish. The results showed that the new type of fish preservative had good fresh-keeping performance. The fish stored in the preservative could prolong the fresh-keeping period by more than 2 times, and maintained freshness for 12 months in frozen storage.
