一般工业节能,指的是工业产品生产直接消耗的燃料、动力等能源的节约,亦即直接能耗的降低。广义节能,是从现代物质生产都需要消耗能源的基础出发,认为各种物质都具有一定的等价能量,故节能应同时包括节约原材料的间接耗能量。这种能耗亦叫完全能耗,这就是广义节能的概念,对促进全面节能有积极作用。钢铁工业几年来在这方面的应用逐步深入,对节能起了积极的推动作用,但概念尚不够统一,应用尚不普遍。一、两种能耗体系的介绍和应用
