目的:对美国劳工部职业安全卫生管理局制定的《工作场所空气焦油沥青挥发物和提取物成份分析标准方法》进行验证。方法:用高效液相色谱仪按照该方法提供的条件进行分析,对方法的线性范围、检出限、精密度、准确度、洗脱效率和样品稳定性进行测试。结果:菲、苯并蒽、苯并吡的变异系数分别为5.95%、5.28%、4.48%;加标回收率分别为98.83%、99.97%、96.63%;洗脱效率分别为93.23%、94.23%、97.40%。结论:该标准方法操作简便,试剂用量相对较少,回收率高,能准确测定焦油沥青挥发物和焦炉逸散物中多环芳烃类物质的含量。
OBJECTIVE: To validate the “Standard Method for Analysis of Components of Tar Tar Volatiles and Extracts in Workplace Air” developed by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration of the U.S. Department of Labor. Methods: The HPLC method was used to analyze the conditions provided by this method. The linear range, detection limit, precision, accuracy, elution efficiency and sample stability of the method were tested. Results: The coefficients of variation of phenanthrene, benzanthracene and benzopyridine were 5.95%, 5.28% and 4.48%, respectively. The recoveries were 98.83%, 99.97% and 96.63%, respectively. The elution efficiencies were 93.23% and 94.23% , 97.40%. Conclusion: The standard method is simple and easy to operate, the reagent dosage is relatively small, and the recovery rate is high. It can accurately determine the content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in tar pitch volatiles and coke oven fugitives.
