目的了解绍兴市食品安全风险监测工作现况,为提高食品安全风险监测能力提供依据。方法收集绍兴市食品安全风险监测相关数据,采用描述性分析方法分析绍兴市食品安全风险监测工作成效;对各区、县(市)卫生计生部门食品安全风险监测网络、监测队伍、工作经费和设备配置等进行问卷调查。结果绍兴市食品安全风险监测相关业务人员共159人,其中专职人员占23.90%;绍兴市疾控中心设备配置率为90.00%,食品检验项目483项;县级疾控机构设备平均配置率46.00%,平均食品检验项目数162项;省、县级财政专项补助资金分别为159.50万元和185.00万元;食品安全风险监测每千人样本数为1.16件;食源性疾病特定病原体检出率为2.81%;2011—2015年绍兴市各级疾控机构共报告16起食源性疾病暴发事件。结论绍兴市食品安全风险监测工作有待完善,需加强监测能力建设,提高食品安全风险监测水平。
Objective To understand the current situation of food safety risk monitoring in Shaoxing and provide the basis for improving food safety risk monitoring. Methods The data of food safety risk monitoring in Shaoxing were collected and the results of food safety risk monitoring in Shaoxing were analyzed by descriptive analysis. The food safety risk monitoring network, monitoring team, work expense and equipment allocation of health and family planning departments in all districts and counties (cities) Wait for the questionnaire survey. Results A total of 159 staff were involved in food safety risk monitoring in Shaoxing, among which 23.90% were full-time staffs. The disposition rate of equipment in Shaoxing CDC was 90.00% and 483 items were food inspection items. The average configuration rate of CDC equipment was 46.00% , The average number of food inspection items 162; provincial and county-level financial subsidies were 1595000 yuan and 1850000 yuan; food safety riskmonitor sample per thousand was 1.16; foodborne disease detection rate of specific pathogens 2.81%; from 2011 to 2015, CDC at all levels in Shaoxing City reported a total of 16 food-borne outbreaks. Conclusion The food safety risk monitoring work in Shaoxing needs to be perfected. The monitoring capacity building needs to be strengthened to improve the monitoring level of food safety risks.
