采用HPLC法测定不同炮制方法厚朴中的厚朴酚及和厚朴酚的含量,结果表明不同炮制方法对二者的存在着较大的影响,以生姜炙方法最优,其含量与生品相近。
HPLC method was used to determine the content of magnolol and honokiol in different processing methods of Magnolia officinalis. The results showed that different processing methods had a great influence on the existence of the two. Ginger glycosides method was the best, its content and raw product similar.
