近年来电力企业的发展速度不断增快,招收的员工也越来越多,这就客观导致导致企业的离退休人员也会增多。这些人员对电力企业的发展做出过贡献,因此做好企业离退人员的管理工作至关重要。随着社会化管理思想的不断深入,电力企业对退休员工的重视程度也如意提高。本文主要对电力企业退休员工的现状进行分析,浅谈相对应的社会化管理措施。
In recent years, the pace of development of electric power enterprises has been increasing rapidly, and the number of employees recruited has also increased. This objectively leads to the increase of retired personnel leading to enterprises. These personnel contribute to the development of power enterprises, so it is very important to manage the personnel leaving the enterprise. With the continuous deepening of social management thinking, the degree of emphasis attached to retired employees by electric power enterprises has also been enhanced. This article mainly analyzes the current situation of retired employees in electric power enterprises and discusses the corresponding social management measures.
