应用电磁流体力学的基本理论,研究了一台12t─6.3MVA直流电弧炉内与电磁流体力学有关的几个重要问题。当操作电流为18kA时,直流电弧的最大流速为2.745km/s;电弧在周围电磁场作用下存在偏弧现象,偏转角度约为15~20°;高速流动的电弧对炉内钢水冲击产生的凹坑深度约为50mm;贯穿整个熔池的电流产生的电磁力是引起钢水循环流动的主要原因。
Based on the basic theory of electromagnetic fluid mechanics, several important problems related to the electromagnetic fluid mechanics in a 12t-6.3MVA DC EAF were studied. When the operating current is 18kA, the maximum current velocity of DC arc is 2.745km / s. The arc has a partial arc phenomenon under the action of the surrounding electromagnetic field and the deflection angle is about 15 ~ 20 °. The impact of high speed arc on the molten steel in the furnace The depth of the pit is about 50 mm; the electromagnetic force generated by the current flowing through the pool is the main cause of the circulating flow of the molten steel.
