目的研究壳聚糖在乳牙深龋露髓直接盖髓术中的临床疗效。方法选取儿童牙病科合作患儿临床明确诊断为乳牙深龋(意外露髓),且牙根处于稳定期的乳牙90颗,随机分为观察组(壳聚糖组)50颗及对照组(氢氧化钙组)40颗,分别行直接盖髓术。于术后1、3、6、12个月复查,内容包括临床检查、电活力测试及X线检查。结果临床疗效:壳聚糖组保髓成功95.91%;失败4.09%;氢氧化钙组保髓成功80.00%;失败20.00%。二者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论壳聚糖作为乳牙直接盖髓剂,可保持牙髓活力,减少引起牙髓炎症发生,可认为是乳牙深龋治疗过程中一种具有较高临床疗效的直接盖髓剂。
Objective To study the clinical effect of chitosan in direct pulp capping of primary deciduous dental caries. Methods A total of 90 primary deciduous teeth with stable primary teeth were randomly divided into observation group (chitosan group) and control group (hydrogen group) Calcium oxide group) 40, respectively, direct lidding surgery. At 1,3,6,12 months after the review, including clinical examination, electrical activity and X-ray examination. Results The clinical curative effect: the success rate of 95.91% of the pulp in the chitosan group was 4.09%; the percentage of the pulp in the calcium hydroxide group was 80.00%; the failure rate was 20.00%. The difference between the two was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Chitosan, as a direct capping agent for deciduous teeth, can maintain the viability of pulp and reduce the occurrence of pulp inflammation. It can be considered as a direct capping agent with high clinical efficacy in the treatment of deciduous teeth.
