形态学观察及致病性比较结果表明 ,大青枣炭疽病由胶孢炭疽菌 (Colletotrichumgloeosporioides)侵染所致。该菌的菌丝体生长和分生孢子形成的温度范围分别为 10~ 34℃与 16~31℃ ,最适温度分别为 2 5~ 2 8℃与 2 8℃ ;菌丝体生长和分生孢子形成的pH值范围分别为 2~ 12与 3~ 11,最适pH值分别为 5~ 6与 4 ;菌丝体生长和分生孢子形成易受光环境影响 ;菌丝体生长对维生素的要求不严格 ,但分生孢子形成对维生素敏感
