为了对Sasobit在温拌沥青混合料中的应用进行评价,该文对掺加了Sasobit的改性沥青的老化程度和粘度进行试验,对未掺加Sasobit的路用等级为PG64-22的沥青所形成的混合料与掺加了2.5%的Sasobit形成等级相当于PG64-22的改性沥青所形成的混合料进行了振动压实试验、回弹模量试验、APA车辙试验、间接拉伸强度试验和水敏感性试验,分析Sasobit在温拌沥青混合料中的应用性能。结果表明:掺加了Sasobit后,沥青粘结料的高温稳定性、耐久性和水稳性得到提高;回弹模量与没有掺加Sasobit的对照物相比基本不变,说明Sasobit的添加并不影响混合料的硬度;抗弯拉强度和最大弯拉应变变化不大,说明Sasobit对沥青混合料的低温抗裂性改善不大;但Sasobit的添加使沥青混合料的疲劳寿命减少,则表明Sasobit会降低混合料的寿命。
In order to evaluate the application of Sasobit in warm-mix asphalt mixture, the aging degree and viscosity of Sasobit-blended modified asphalt were tested in this paper. For asphalt without grade Sasibit grade PG64-22 Vibration compaction test, rebound modulus test, APA rut test and indirect tensile strength test were carried out on the mixture formed with the modified asphalt mixed with 2.5% Sasobit formation grade PG64-22. And water sensitivity test to analyze the application performance of Sasobit in warm mix asphalt mixture. The results showed that the high temperature stability, durability and water stability of asphalt binder increased with the addition of Sasobit; the modulus of elasticity was almost unchanged from the control without Sasobit addition, indicating that addition of Sasobit Does not affect the hardness of the mixture; flexural strength and maximum bending strain changes little, indicating that Sasobit asphalt mixture at low temperature crack resistance is not improved; but the addition of Sasobit to reduce the fatigue life of asphalt mixture, Sasobit will reduce the life of the mix.
