随着现代高新技术在航空产品研制和生产上的广泛应用,航空产品的科技含量日益提高,更新换代速度不断加快,各航空企业重点项目研制任务日益加重、研制周期逐渐缩短、资源冲突日趋尖锐,成本控制要求也愈加精细。在这样的背景下,航空制造企业必须积极主动创新变革,在管理方法、组织体系、制度流程等方面寻求突破。为顺应装备改革要求与企业项目管理工作的实际需要,中国航空工业集团公司(以下简称中航工业)自2013年起在大型航空装备研制项目中建立了项目总会计师系统。

In order to comply with the requirements of equipment reform and the actual needs of enterprise project management, China Aviation Industry Corporation (hereinafter referred to as AVIC) established the project chief accountant system in major aviation equipment research and development projects since 2013.
