经理是质量第一责任人,这个制度在北京城建集团二公司已经坚持了多年。最近五年间所取得的13项市级优质样板工程,100%合格工程的成绩。要想提高工程质量,必须从管理质量和工作质量入手。公司从质量第一责任人开始,建立了层层质量管理网,专职人员达60多人。此外,又铺之以质量重奖重罚政策,从而剌激了各方面的创优积极性。对于质量管理者,公司在赋予他们质量否决权的同时,更看重他们自身工作质量。公司为他们专门编制了质量人员岗位责任制,并相应地建立了奖罚办法,使他们有了工作的目标和准则。
The manager is the first person responsible for quality. This system has been maintained for many years by the Beijing Urban Construction Group II Corporation.
