跨栏步是一项动作结构复杂、对身体素质要求较高的运动技术。在此笔者通过对教学中常见错误动作及原因的分析,结合自己的教学体会,提出以下合理跨栏步技术形成的教学过程,即:教学前期:注重基础、提高素质,技术学习的基础化;教学中期:强化重点、突破难点,教学手段多样化;教学后期:巩固提高、精益求精,跨栏步技术精细化。旨在为提高跨栏步技术水平,提升跨栏跑教学质量提供有价值的参考。
Hurdle step is a movement of complex structure, higher physical fitness requirements of sports techniques. Through the analysis of the common mistakes and reasons in teaching, combined with my own teaching experience, the author puts forward the following teaching process formed by reasonable hurdling techniques, namely: the pre-teaching period: laying stress on foundation, improving quality and basic learning of technology; teaching Medium: Strengthen the focus, break through the difficulties, diversification of teaching methods; teaching late: consolidation and improvement, improvement, technical hurdles refinement. The aim is to provide a valuable reference for improving the hurdling skills and improving the quality of hurdle teaching.
