目的:观察皮瓣埋入神经后不同时间获得神经再支配的范围。方法:兔耳大神经埋入转移到耳背的颈肩部失神经皮瓣,用神经原性血浆外渗和图像分析法测量皮瓣的染色面积。结果:3 .0 cm 直径圆形皮瓣下埋入1 .5 cm 长神经,术后1 个月为103 .5 m m2 ,3 个月为312 .3 m m 2,5 个月为459 .0 m m 2,8 个月为585 .5 m m 2,分别占皮瓣总面积的16 .8 % 、50 .7 % 、74 .6 % 和95 .0 % 。结论:兔3 .0 cm 直径圆形皮瓣埋入1 .5 cm 长皮神经后8 个月可完全获得神经再支配。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the extent of neural re-dominance at different time points after the nerve flap was embedded in the flap. Methods: The denervation flap of the neck and shoulder transferred to the dorsal rachis was embedded in the large auricle of the rabbit ear. The area of the flaps was measured by neurogenic plasma extravasation and image analysis. Results: 3. Embedded under a 0 cm diameter circular flap. 5 cm long nerve, one month after the 103. 5 m m2, 312 for three months. 3 m m, 2,5 months for 459. 0 m m 2, 8 months is 585. 5 m m 2, accounting for 16 of the total flap area. 8%, 50. 7%, 74. 6% and 95. 0%.
