本文报导了由双环戊二烯为第三单体的三元乙烯丙烯共聚物(简称EPDM)的辐射交联。在高剂量范围内EPDM辐射交联按无规交联进行,实验数据符合Charlesby-Pinner关系式。在低剂量范围内,由双环戊二烯提供的聚合物链内不饱和双键参与和加速EPDM的辐射交联,使EPDM辐射交联出现非无规交联过程。添加多官能团化合物二苯甲烷双马来酰亚胺(简称MI),从外部向EPDM提供活性双键引发和加速EPDM辐射交联。引入不饱和双键的方式虽然不同,但都能使EPDM起到辐射强化交联的作用。测定了辐射交联EPDM的结构和性能。
In this paper, the radiation crosslinking of terpolymer of ethylene with dicyclopentadiene (EPDM) as the third monomer is reported. EPDM radiation cross-linking was carried out by random cross-linking in the high dose range. The experimental data were in accordance with the Charlesby-Pinner relationship. In the low dose range, the unsaturated double bonds in the polymer chain provided by dicyclopentadiene participate in and accelerate the radiation crosslinking of EPDM, which leads to the non-random crosslinking process of EPDM radiation. Diphenylmethanebismaleimide (MI), a multifunctional compound, was added to provide EPDM with an activated double bond to initiate and accelerate EPDM radiation crosslinking. The introduction of unsaturated double bonds, although different, but can make EPDM play a role in radiation-enhanced crosslinking. The structure and properties of radiation cross-linked EPDM were measured.
