给出了倾斜入射条件下光轴垂直于入射面的单轴双折射薄膜内非寻常光及寻常光传播的2×2特征矩阵, 而且计算了双折射薄膜对两种偏振态光波的透射反射特性, 为倾斜入射条件下单波长及宽带范围内的消偏振薄膜设计提供了新的方法. 另外, 利用多层双折射薄膜实现了倾斜入射条件下单波长消偏振分束薄膜、消偏振截止滤光片及可见光范围内宽带消偏振减反薄膜等设计.
