本文是国际原子能委员会(IAEA)组织13个实验室的14位研究者对这一课题进行协作研究的结果。过去的研究表明,外周血淋巴细胞体外接受放射线照射后,获得的剂量反应曲线的结果存在很大差异。鉴于淋巴细胞染色体的畸变可作为“生物剂量计”来估算受放射性照射的吸收剂量,IAEA 试图以标准化的程序,建立统一的反应曲线。本项研究用200伦X 线照射人体外周血,运用新的荧光和Giemsa 技术(即FPG 技术)。固定时间为48~82小时。结果显示:
This article is the result of collaborative research conducted by 14 researchers from 13 laboratories of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). Past studies have shown that there is a large difference in the results of the dose-response curves obtained when peripheral blood lymphocytes are exposed to radiation in vitro. Given that aberrations in lymphocyte chromosomes can be used as “biological dosimeters” to estimate absorbed doses for radioactive irradiation, the IAEA attempted to establish a uniform response curve using a standardized procedure. In this study, human peripheral blood was irradiated with X-ray and the new fluorescence and Giemsa technique (FPG technique) was used. Fixed time is 48 ~ 82 hours. The results show:
