水火管快装锅炉采用移动层燃方式,锅炉前拱受到高温烟气的冲刷和侵蚀,常常会出现拱砖断裂、剥落、挂焦等现象,引起着火困难,运行不良。若不及时补救,拱体因处于恶性状态下工作,会造成前拱塌陷的事故。 目前,维修炉拱均采取全部拆除重筑的办法,既浪费人力、物力,停炉周期又长。针对这个问题,笔者在为用户服务中采用简易的扑救办法——更换损砖,收效甚佳。现介绍如下供参考。 1.准备工作 (1)按锅炉砌筑工艺规程调制好适量的耐火水泥,以备后用。 (2)启动炉排传动装置,把炉排面上的承载物排尽。然后先开引风机,后开鼓风机,将炉膛内浮灰吹净。用一干净油毡(或纤维板)把前拱下的炉排面盖严。 2.拆除损砖 (1)先松开前拱盖板的螺拴,取下盖板,把要更换拱砖顶的硁石粉掏净。 (2)如图所示,将木板横铺于炉排面上,用楔形木块垫好千斤顶的底部。缓缓压动千斤顶压杆,将损砖顶出。若侧砖损坏,一定要先顶出中楔砖,然后用扁铲将侧砖向 Quick fire tube boiler with mobile layer burning mode, the boiler front arch by high temperature flue gas erosion and erosion, often there arching brick fracture, peeling, hanging coke and other phenomena, causing fire difficulties, poor operation.
