淮北朔里煤矿经过反复试验,成功地将锅炉燃烧后的炉渣再次加工成型煤,供生活用。一、炉渣应用的背景该矿在1990年以前由于技术管理上的综合原因,锅炉燃烧效率低,有6400t炉渣燃烧不完全。据测定,炉渣含碳量达35%,发热量12.91MJ/kg。该矿经认真调查研究后将炉渣、无烟煤、黄泥,以67:20:13的比例,加水掺和后,用125型煤球机加工成型煤,再通过反复燃烧试验,从上火速度、热量供给等实测参数证实,能够满足生活煤要求。检验结果炉渣掺入无烟煤后(不含黄泥成分)发热量19.03MJ/kg,而本矿生产的原煤仅22.95MJ/kg,进一步证实加工型煤
