本文系统分析了几项关键技术在模拟指针-双显液压万能试验机中的设计原理及其应用。传统的液压万能试验机是机械式摆锤测力,测力杆带动指针转动,从刻度盘上读出数据,这种试验机机械加工强度大,示值不准确,容易出现故障,不便于维修。而模拟指针-双显液压万能试验机是一种新型的中档试验机。结构简单,示值精确,稳定可靠,成本低是其主要特点。该试验性能价格比高,通用性强,降低了机械加工的劳动强度,提高科技含量,完全可以代替摆锤式普通万能试验机,是一种具有广阔的市场前景、值得大力推广的试验机。
This paper systematically analyzes the design principle and application of several key technologies in the simulation pointer - double-display hydraulic universal testing machine.
