螺杆钻具是一种广泛应用于石油及天然气钻井的容积式井下动力钻具,它采用常规衬套,其定子橡胶的性能极大地限制了其工作性能和使用寿命。在分析采用等壁厚衬套的螺杆钻具优势的基础上,针对限制其推广使用的定子内侧螺旋曲面难以加工的问题,结合电解加工无宏观切削力、适用于深孔及复杂曲面精加工等优点,讨论了采用电解方法加工螺杆钻具定子的可行性;然后通过对电解加工的特点及机床布局进行了分析比较;调整机床布局,提出机床的整体结构方案,最终实现了采用电解法加工细长零件定子的内侧螺旋曲面。
Screw drill is a well-type displacement downhole power drill widely used in oil and gas drilling. It uses conventional bushing and the performance of stator rubber greatly limits its working performance and service life. Based on the analysis of the advantages of screw drilling tools with equal thickness bushings and so on, the problem of difficult to process the inner spiral surface of the stator which is widely used to restrict its machining is solved. It is suitable for the machining of deep holes and complex curved surfaces, The advantages and disadvantages are discussed. The feasibility of machining screwdriver stator by electrolysis method is discussed. Then the characteristics of electrolytic machining and machine tool layout are analyzed and compared.
