在分析遗传算法运行机理的基础上，指出传统的遗传算法存在的缺陷，提出了一种新的进化过程遗传算法．提高了算法的计算效率，并有效地解决了早熟收敛的问题．
Based on the analysis of the operation mechanism of genetic algorithm, the defects of traditional genetic algorithm are pointed out and a new evolutionary genetic algorithm is proposed. Improve the computational efficiency of the algorithm and effectively solve the premature convergence problem.
