秦沈客运专线有 14座钢 -混凝土结合梁 ,钢梁截面有箱梁和 型板梁两种。其中在 2 4 m+ 3 2 m+ 2 4m连续梁的 型钢板梁中首次采用了工地全断面焊接技术。针对其现场焊、手工焊和厚板对接焊这 3个技术难点 ,重点对 型梁单面开坡口、全断面对接焊细节进行了疲劳试验研究 ,并对断口的起裂原因予以分析 ,从而得到可靠的试验数据 ,据此对相应焊接工艺提出质量要求。为掌握单面开坡口对接焊细节的受力状态 ,文章通过计算机模拟现场施工可能发生的对接错位 ,分析揭示了其对构件受力的不利影响程度 ,提出了相应的改进措施。研究结果表明 ,所选择的焊接工艺及加工的试件能够满足秦沈线 型梁全断面对接焊的疲劳设计要求。
There are 14 steel-concrete composite beams in Qin-Shen Passenger Dedicated Line, and two kinds of box girder and plate beam in the section of steel beam. Among them, the full-face welding technology was adopted for the first time in the steel plate beam of 2 4 m + 3 2 m + 2 4m continuous beams. In view of the three technical difficulties of on-site welding, manual welding and thick-plate butt welding, the fatigue test and research on the single-side beveling and the full-face butt-welding of the profiled beam are emphatically carried out, and the cause of the fracture initiation is analyzed Get reliable test data, accordingly put forward the quality requirement to the corresponding welding craft. In order to grasp the stress state of single-side bevel butt welding details, this paper simulates the possible misplacing and dislocation of the on-site construction by computer, and analyzes the unfavorable influence on component force by analysis, and puts forward corresponding improvement measures. The results show that the selected welding process and the processed specimen can meet the fatigue design requirements of the full face butt welding of Qin Shen line beam.
