为提高航空公司飞行安全评价的准确性和科学性,将区间层次分析法(IAHP)和灰色理论相结合运用到飞行安全评估中。针对航空运输系统的特点,从“人、机、环、管”4个方面,建立航空公司飞行安全评价指标体系;采用IAHP确定各个指标权重,并且引入灰色理论框架下基于端点的三角白化权函数,建立航空公司飞行安全的灰色区间层次综合评价方法;用所建立的方法评价国内某航空公司飞行安全水平。结果表明,该航空公司的飞行安全处于基本安全状态,其环境因素和管理因素安全水平相对较低,评价结果与实际情况相符。
In order to improve the accuracy and scientificity of airline flight safety evaluation, the method of interval horizon analysis (IAHP) and gray theory are applied to flight safety assessment. According to the characteristics of air transport system, this paper establishes the airline flight safety evaluation index system from four aspects of “people, machine, ring and pipe”, uses IAHP to determine the weight of each index, and introduces the endpoint-based triangular albino Weight function, establishing a gray interval level comprehensive evaluation method for airline flight safety; using the established method to evaluate the flight safety level of an airline in China. The results show that the flight safety of the airline is in a basically safe state, and the safety level of its environmental and management factors is relatively low. The evaluation results are in accordance with the actual situation.
