本文就吡啶偶氮间苯二酚法用于人精浆锌测定,96孔板替代比色杯,酶标仪替代分光光度计,建立了精浆锌微量比色法。两份高低质控精浆,组内变异系数分别为3.91%,5.88%,批间变异系数分别为4.71%,6.85%。精子活力正常时少精子症者锌总量(5.84±3.84μmol/T)(x±S)以及精子密度≥40×10~6/ml时的弱精子症者锌总量(5.18±2.38μmol/T)均显著低于正常组锌总量(8.18±5.66μmol/T)(P<0.001,P<0.01)。结果表明,本法具有快速、简便,样品、试剂用量少,直线线性好,可用于男性不育症者的精液分析。
In this paper, pyridine azo resorcinol method for the determination of zinc in human seminal plasma, 96-well plate instead of the cuvette, microplate reader instead of spectrophotometer, the establishment of a seminal plasma zinc colorimetric method. The two high and low quality control seminal plasma, the coefficient of variation within the group were 3.91%, 5.88%, inter-assay coefficient of variation were 4.71%, 6.85%. The total amount of zinc in asthenospermia (5.84 ± 3.84μmol / T) (x ± S) and sperm concentration in asthenospermia (5.18 ± 2.38μmol / T) were significantly lower than the normal group (8.18 ± 5.66μmol / T) (P <0.001, P <0.01). The results show that this method is rapid, simple, less sample, less reagent, good linearity and can be used for semen analysis of male infertility.
