体内外实验观察脂质过氧化的终产物丙二醛对小鼠脾淋巴细胞活性和功能的影响。结 果表明,丙二醛可明显抑制鼠自身混合淋巴细胞反应,并抑制刀豆素A(ConA)和细菌脂多糖 (LPS)分别诱导的T、B淋巴细胞增殖,对T细胞作用更明显,此抑制作用发生在有丝分裂原激活 淋巴细胞之后。提示:脂质过氧化产物参与了对机体淋巴细胞的损伤过程;为阐明由丙二醛造成的 免疫抑制的过氧化机理提供部分实验依据。
Effects of malondialdehyde (MDA), a lipid peroxidation final product, on the activity and function of mouse splenic lymphocytes in vitro and in vivo. The results showed that malondialdehyde could significantly inhibit the mixed lymphocyte reaction in mice and inhibit the proliferation of T and B lymphocytes induced by ConA and LPS, Inhibition occurs after mitogen-activated lymphocytes. Tip: lipid peroxidation products involved in the body’s lymphocyte damage process; to clarify the malondialdehyde caused by immunosuppressive peroxidation mechanism to provide some experimental evidence.
