为研究昆明小鼠在接种包虫囊液后的免疫机制 ,选昆明小鼠 2 3只 ,取其 1 6只分两组人工腹腔接种包虫囊液 ,其中8只于初次接种 1 0日后二次接种 ,第 3组 7只作正常对照 ,检测血清中 IL - 4、IL- 2、GM- CSF、IFN-γ水平 ,接种囊液小鼠在注射后均正常存活 ,无过敏性休克症状。与正常对照组相比 ,实验小鼠 IL- 4、GM- CSF水平均明显增高 (P<0 .0 1 )。而IFN-γ、IL- 2水平低于正常组 (P<0 .0 5)。表明在小鼠对包虫囊液的免疫中 ,Th2处于优势激活地位
In order to study the immune mechanism of Kunming mice after inoculation of hydatid cyst fluid, 23 Kunming mice were selected, and 16 hydatid cysts were inoculated intraperitoneally in two groups, of which 8 were inoculated 10 days after the first vaccination 7 mice in group 3 were used as normal control. The levels of IL - 4, IL - 2, GM - CSF and IFN - γ in sera were detected. All the mice inoculated with cystic fluid survived the symptoms of anaphylactic shock. Compared with the normal control group, the levels of IL-4 and GM-CSF in experimental mice were significantly increased (P <0.01). While the levels of IFN-γ and IL-2 were lower than those in normal group (P <0.05). This indicates that Th2 is predominantly activated in mouse hydatid cysts
