自动变频恒压供水系统是由PLC、电容式差压变送器、PID调节器构成闭环恒压供水系统,用一台变频器控制3台水泵(一拖3)的控制方案。本系统机械部分的设计主要是对水泵进行了说明。同时对电动机、变频器、PLC进行了设计。控制部分主要设计了变频运行、工频运行、手动运行三种控制方式,以及对主电路、继电器控制电路及PLC控制电路进行了设计。
Automatic frequency conversion constant pressure water supply system is composed of PLC, capacitive differential pressure transmitter, PID regulator to form a closed loop constant pressure water supply system, with a converter control three pumps (one drag 3) control program.
