The issue of prolonging the service life of steel water pipes and water supply pipe networks in production water supply systems and domestic drinking water supply systems has a major national economic significance. Stabilizing water quality and minimizing the corrosion activity of water on carbon steel are one of the important issues to solve the above problems. When transporting bicarbonate-type water, it is mainly to add alkali to the water, and the pH of the water is raised to its equilibrium state to complete stable treatment. However, when natural water of the sulphate-chloride type is used, only increasing the pH of the water is insufficient, the inner wall of the steel pipe may still be subject to corrosion, and the water may be corroded by the corrosion product.
