目的了解某种次氯酸钠消毒液杀菌效果及消毒相关性能。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和理化分析方法进行了实验室检测。结果该消毒液有效氯含量为9.57%,经54℃恒温存放14d后,有效氯含量下降率为3.03%;以含有效氯500mg/L的次氯酸钠消毒液作用10mim,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌平均杀菌对数值>5.00,对白色念珠菌作用20mim,平均杀菌对数值>4.00。结论该次氯酸钠消毒液对细菌繁殖体,真菌具有比较好的杀菌效果,性能比较稳定。
Objective To understand the bactericidal effect and disinfection-related performance of a certain sodium hypochlorite disinfectant. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and physical and chemical analysis methods were used for laboratory testing. Results The effective chlorine content of the disinfectant was 9.57%. After 14 days of storage at 54 ℃, the effective chlorine content decreased by 3.03%. With the disinfection solution of sodium hypochlorite containing 500mg / L of effective chlorine for 10mim, the content of Staphylococcus aureus And Escherichia coli average bactericidal logarithm> 5.00, the role of Candida albicans 20mim, the average sterilization logarithm> 4.00. Conclusion The sodium hypochlorite disinfectant has good bactericidal effect on bacterial propagules and fungi, and its performance is relatively stable.
