法律服务市场的竞争，从根本上讲是服务质量的竞争。因此，加强律师服务质量管理，是每一个律师事务所面临的长期任务，是律师事务所品牌战略的重要组成部分。律师服务质量的好坏，其核心是满足客户对法律服务需求的程度。四川杰成律师事务所借鉴国际先进管理经验，建立“客户中心”服务模式，于日前通过了英国世界认证中心组织进行的国际质量管理体系认证，获得了ＵＫＡＳ标志认证证书，在律师服务质量控制与管理迈上了一个新的台阶。２００１年１０月１０日，四川杰成律师所主办了“律师服务质量控制与监测研讨会”，四川省司法厅李新民副厅长、四川省高级人民法院邬红旗副院长、西南政法大学刘俊副校长、中国律师杂志社刘桂明总编、四川省律师协会龚毅副秘书长以及英国世界认证（中国）服务中心、广州市朝阳创业发展有限公司代表和企业界的领导等出席了此次会议，对杰成律师事务所的经验和在律师服务质量管理方面取得的成功经验给予高度评价，认为杰成律师事务所此举对律师服务质量管理具有示范效应。现将部分发言摘要发表如下，供大家参考。
Competition in the legal services market is fundamentally a competition in service quality. Therefore, strengthening the quality management of lawyer service is a long-term task that every law firm faces and is an important part of the law firm’s brand strategy.
