一、前言 南京工学院动力系受江苏省电力局的委托,为着改进中压汽轮机组的热经济性,将凝汽式机组改为供热机组创造经验,解决在汽缸上增开抽汽口,焊接抽汽管道,增加供汽量问题,于1976年夏,在无锡供电局所属张诸电厂中国产6000(瓦千)机组上进行试点。该机开孔后是将6000(瓦千)机组调节级后蒸汽抽出供低压1500(瓦千)机组用,将低压机组的经济性提高到中压机组水平,最大抽汽量为12.0吨/小时。 该机在汽缸上开孔焊接上抽汽管道后,汽缸无永久变形,运行正常,并在运行中进行汽缸应力测定,证明汽缸应力在允许范围内。
