一、精心设计,实行人性化培训1.课间研讨,轻松教研。一周一次的集体教研,我们已经坚持了很多年,形成了制度,也养成了习惯。在这个固定的时间之外,我们还一直大力提倡“即时研讨,轻松教研”。老师们在日常备课、上课的时候随时会遇到问题,如果一定要等到集体备课的时间再研究解决,恐怕会贻误时机。所以,这个时候,有问题需要解决的教师就可以在办公室里组织一次临时研讨会,不用中心发言人,不用记录,也不拘泥于形式,就是针对临时出现
