我厂热处理盐浴炉工作温度达1080℃,采用铂铑_(10)-铂热电偶测温,以前用不锈钢作热电偶保护套管,一般17天损坏。后来我们用外为低碳钢管,内为不锈钢管的双层保护套管。因低碳钢管克服了不锈钢管端部焊接易损的弱点,且在高温下比合金钢耐腐蚀。我们用20号钢作外保护管,其套管形状如下图。因套管靠近盐面处腐蚀最快,故加大了尺寸。外套管由两个螺钉固定在内套管上。当外套管使用到快要腐蚀完时,更换新套管,这就大大延长了热电偶使用寿命。经现场试验,一般3个月换套
