中国第一重型机械集团公司新一届领导班子上任不到20天,就召开了30多人参加的劳动模范座谈会、营销工作汇报会、技术人员座谈会等一系列谈心式会议,问计于民、问需于民、倾听民声、广集民智。随后连续推出了夜餐费调整、热加工重点防尘部位改造、首席技术专家和首席技师评定等一系列举措,从6月份起,出资100万元由公司工会组织开展的“百万一重杯”劳动竞赛,竞赛项目完成率高达95%。
