原发性前列腺横纹肌肉瘤(Rhabdo-myosarcoma of prostate)为一泌尿生殖系统罕见的恶性肿瘤,国外 Proust等人曾报告34例,国内尚未见报告,最近我院收诊一例,曾误诊为会阴部脓肿,现结合文献加以讨论,并报告如下:一、病例报告患者李××,男,12岁,汉族,会阴部肿物伴有排尿困难一个月,于1978年2月19日入院,入院前一个月肛门前会阴部发现一肿物,约卵黄大,疼痛不明显,排便及排尿困难。入院前20天出现急性尿潴留,在外院导尿两次,肿物迅速增长向会阴部方向发 Rhabdo-myosarcoma of prostate is a rare malignant tumor of genitourinary system.
