采用金相检验、扫描电镜检验等手段对DH36船板钢拉伸断口分层缺陷进行了分析。结果表明:DH36船板钢拉伸断口分层缺陷主要是由钢板厚度中心条状MnS夹杂和宽大的贝氏体、马氏体带状组织引起的。
Metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopy and other means of DH36 ship deck tensile fracture stratification analysis. The results show that the delamination delamination of DH36 ship steel is mainly caused by the inclusion of banded MnS and wide bainite and martensite ribbon in the center of the thickness of the steel plate.
