2016年11月,国家卫生计生委发布《医疗质量管理办法》明确指出,医疗机构应当熟练运用质量管理工具开展医疗质量持续改进活动。品管圈把以往的经验管理、粗放管理转化为科学管理、精细化管理,为全员参与提供了抓手,是推动医疗质量持续改进的有力工具。自2013年以来,解放军总医院品管圈管理团队从破解管理难题着眼,推动医院管理从传统“人管人”向标准化、流程化、制度化转变,取得了良好效果。本组稿件
