为了进一步改进热处理炉的温度控制系统,设计了以8031控制电路微处理器为核心的控制系统,首先给出了硬件设计,进行了2台电阻炉的温度系统、单片机炉温控制系统、温控模块、可控硅控制电路以及应用的温度设定电路拨码盘的设计,接着就2台加热炉的输入输出通道控制电路进行了设计,最后给出了系统的软件设计思路和相应的部分程序。结果显示:设计的温度控制系统具有精度高、测量误差小、稳定性好等优点。
In order to further improve the temperature control system of the heat treatment furnace, a control system based on the microprocessor of the 8031 control circuit is designed. The hardware design, the temperature system of the two resistance furnaces, the temperature control system of the single chip microcomputer, Module, thyristor control circuit and the application of temperature setting dial dial code design, and then on the 2 heating furnace input and output channel control circuit design, and finally gives the system software design ideas and the corresponding part of the program . The results show that the designed temperature control system has the advantages of high precision, small measurement error and good stability.
