向石灰和萤石不同比例的脱硫剂中添加氧化铝进行铁水脱硫实验,研究了萤石含量和氧化铝含量对石灰基脱硫剂铁水脱硫的影响规律。结果表明,改变脱硫剂中萤石的含量影响脱硫剂的脱硫效果;通过改变萤石含量而改变脱硫效率。在石灰基脱硫剂中加入氧化铝可加快脱硫过程,提高石灰的利用率;当石灰基脱硫剂中添加10.0%的氧化铝时,在降低脱硫剂的情况下脱硫效率稍微增加。
Alumina was added into desulfurizing agent with different proportions of lime and fluorite for hot metal desulfurization experiments. The influence of fluorite content and alumina content on desulfurization of lime-based desulfurizer was studied. The results show that changing the content of fluorite in the desulfurizer affects the desulfurization effect of the desulfurizer; and changing the desulfurization efficiency by changing the fluorite content. Addition of alumina to the lime-based desulfurizer accelerates the desulfurization process and improves the utilization of lime. When 10.0% alumina is added to the lime-based desulfurizer, the desulfurization efficiency slightly increases when the desulfurizer is lowered.
