本试验是在海南省海口市郊的一座水库中进行的一次养殖试验,旨在对利用美国大豆协会的小体积高密度网箱养殖模式和豆粕型饲料养殖淡水白鲨从鱼种至成鱼的生长性能作出评价。淡水白鲨鱼种放养在3口1米3的网箱中,放养密度为400尾/米3。经78天饲养,淡水白鲨从190克/尾长到了702克/尾。试验所用饲料为蛋白质32%的以豆粕为基础的全植物性蛋白饲料,在78天的养殖期内淡水白鲨的平均饲料转化系数为1.31:1。3口试验网箱中养殖淡水白鲨的平均毛产量为280千克/米3,淡水白鲨在小体积高密度网箱中养殖78天后达到的规格比目标商品规格600克还大了17%。但它在网箱中的生长速度仍此其在与水库比邻的对照养殖池塘中的生长速度慢。淡水白鲨在池塘中养殖78天长到了880克,平均饲料转化系数是1.17:1。从3口试验网箱中收获的淡水白鲨大小一致,并且体型和体色较好。美国大豆协会与全国水产技术推广总站北京市水产技术推广站及其在海口的海南育种中心合作,开展了为期3个月的小网箱养殖淡水白鲨示范试验。旨在对利用美国大豆协会小体积高密度网箱养殖技术和32/6豆粕型饲料养殖淡水白鲨鱼种至成鱼的生长性能和经济效益作出评价,同时对淡水白鲨在网箱和池塘中的养殖性能进行比较。池塘对照养殖试验与网箱养殖试验在同一时间进行,并且网箱养殖所用的鱼种也是从与池塘养殖所用鱼种培育而来。一、材料与方法本试验在位于海南海口市的海南育种中心的3口1米3网箱内进行。试验网箱被放置在海南育种场附近的一座水源型水库中。网箱由尼龙网衣和一个坚固的网箱框架构成,并具一不透明的箱盖,与美国大豆协会的“小体积高密度网箱鱼类养殖的原理和实践”一书中描述的网箱结构一致。网箱制作成有浮性饲料投喂装置的样式。网箱布置成一字型排列,并使相邻网箱之间至少保留一个网箱宽度的间隙。
This experiment is a farming experiment conducted in a reservoir in the outskirts of Haikou, Hainan Province.
