Locally advanced breast cancer is a stage III tumor, including stage IIIA (T_3N_1, T_2N_2) and stage IIIB (T_4N_(1~3)M_0, T_4N_(1~3)M_0) tumors. The latter has a poor prognosis and has inoperable signs. . The authors report the results of a total of 163 cases of stage IIIB breast cancer treated from 1960 to 1990. Treatment methods: (1) Intra-arterial chemotherapy, 46 cases. Intravenous catheters were injected daily from the ulnar or mammary artery to a total of 150 mg. (2) Intravenous chemotherapy was performed in 54 patients, 32 of which received Uraphetimun 15 mg every 3 days for 3 doses, giving a total of 45 mg;
